There are a few times of the year when playing music on a boat seems absolutely crucial to the fabric of our nation. Those times where it is necessary to mark, musically, the passage of time and history. Those times where the new traditions of food, folks and communion combine with the old ways of transport, combined with the new propulsion’s of said transport, that then combine with sonic frequencies creating a new amalgamation of intermingled co-mingling. Those times are Friday and Saturday nights from late spring to early fall.
